It's been a few days since I last posted. The diet is not going so great I have to admit. I'm still getting my appetite back but my food choices have not been so great either. It's so hard around holidays and birthdays. But I have to learn to do better. Monday Hubby and I celebrated Valentines day at home.
He surprised me with roses
and a necklace with matching earrings.
He grilled steaks, made baked potatoes and garlic bread and we had a romantic candle lit dinner. It was so yummy. He is so romantic. Then Tuesday I was beat, so I just made a little stir fry out of the left over steak. I didn't go to the gym, but I did get a good workout cleaning house while I watched biggest loser. Today was my sweet niece Ava's birthday.
She turned five today!
I cannot believe she is five already. Seems like just yesterday we were at the hospital anticipating her arrival. I remember holding her for the first time and not wanting to put her down. I can't imagine my life without this sweet angel. She truly has my heart and I am so blessed to be her aunt.

I hope everyone else is having a fantastic diet week.
