Started off Sunday with a 7am run with my girl Brooke. Omgosh I am so sore. We ran in my neighborhood and it has some killer hills. My eats on Sunday were pretty good, no pics though. After church we celebrated my sister in law's birthday. It was a lot of fun. Then my younger sister and I went dress shopping for the Mardi Gras Gala. I have a few loaner dresses from friends, but I wanted to try and find a little black dress. One I could wear other places, not just the gala. Since I am dieting I didn't want to spend more then like $50. I know that is not much, but I hate to spend a lot of money on a dress I don't plan on being able to fit in soon. lol!
Of course it was an unsuccessful trip. Nothing fits, and what did was way to expensive. So I will be sticking with one of the loaners.
Monday I rocked the diet!!! I started off with a banana
and a granola bar for breakfast.
Lunch time was there before I knew it.
I had soup, carrot sticks and a yogurt. I love Monday's. They are always my busiest day, but also my most tiring day. We didn't make it to the gym on Monday. Hubby had a headache and we had a late meeting with our insurance agent. I just made a turkey sandwich and had a handful of chips for dinner, and got in bed to watch The Bachelor. Then it was off to dream land.
Today I started off my day again with a banana.
For lunch I warmed up a Turkey, cheese, and broccoli lean pocket and some yogurt.
I hope this motivation keeps up. YEA!
