Monday....

Rocked! I started the couch to 5k program back and it felt so great to be back in the running game. I completed Week 1 Day 1 and added and extra 20 minutes of walking after. Then I hit some weights. I am so sore today. Everything hurts, lol! But it feels great to know I did it. Plan for tonight just to do the elliptical machine and some abs. Then hurry home for biggest loser. Woohoo! =)
On a different note. I was talking to my sister in law today and I told her how I have been on a diet my whole life and my weight is like a rollar coaster. Well she reminded me to stop dieting and start eating healthy. It's hard to do when u are trying to lose weight, but I can't deprive myself of the things I want, or I will end up benging on those treats. So my plan from here on out is just to try my best to eat atleast 5 servings of fruits and veggies everyday. Let myself have treats when I really want them and still count my points. It's going to be a stress free diet year 2011, and a fun challenge of becoming a healthy, skinny H! ;)
