Thanks Casey...
for the Goo tips. I definitely don't wanna use it on a daily basis just for future marathons. I used to run everyday and do many running events, but we found out my husband has cancer four months ago and I haven't ran since. So I had to start back this past week. I used the c25k program when i initially started running, and loved it. I love it!!! Just a tip never go that long without running, you will regret it. Thanks for the advice!!! =) Will definitely put it to great use.
