Finally... I am back to a normal schedule. I love the Holiday's and break, but I sure do like being on a schedule. I hear there is a new weight watchers plan, but until I get all the info on that I am going to stick with the old plan and points. I woke up early enough to make breakfast, so I whipped up some yummy reduced fat cinnamon rolls.
They were 2.5 points per roll, and I had 2 for 5 points. Then off to work. We had several meetings and they provided a breakfast, but Since I already ate I just had a small plate of mixed fruit for 1 point.
They let us go early and I got to go home around noon and warmed up a lean cuisine for 5.5 points.
This is one of my favorite ones. I spent the next few hours scrapbooking and using my new cricut. I love it. Still learning how to use it, but I have already gotten 3 Scrapbook pages done since getting it. Before I knew it it was 4:00 and I was starving so I had a cheese stick and some almonds for 3.5 points.
I finished up a few things around the house then began cooking me and the Hubs dinner. I grilled up some chicken breast, and warmed up corn and green beans. I had 1 1/2 chicken breast for 4 points and cup of green beans 0 points and I started with a cup of corn but only ate about half for 1 point.
After dinner I was whooped. I got really tired and nauseous and a bit of a headache all of sudden . So, I decided not to go to the gym =( I laid down and started watching the new season of the Bachelor, and within fifteen minutes I was asleep. Then within another 15 minutes I was awake. Gggrrrhhh! So I finished watching the Bachelor, yea, and around 9:00 was starving. So while the Husband had a bowl of ice cream, I had a yummy 2 point banana. =)
And then I was up until after midnight after my little 1 minute power nap. So all in all my first real day back on plan went great!
