I decided to start the couch to 5k program this week. I have spent the last few weeks at the gym using the elliptical machines.
But I guess it is time to get back in the running mode. I have a 5k in mind for May, so I gotta get back in gear. My friend H2, text me today and wants to come to my gym and take spin class. I am so excited. I have missed her. We used to workout together all the time. Maybe she will join and I will have my workout partner back! ;) If she does, my plan is to run on M,W,F and do spin on T,TH. That should make for a Skinny H soon. hehehe! So, here I go off to start Day 1 week 1 of c25k. Wish me Luck!
