Workin it...
The last two days I have had killer workouts. I love it!!! Started a new self made program this week, of course it's the first week, but I love it. Monday and Thursday's I am running, and doing upper body weights. Tuesday and Saturday I am doing an abs class, running and lower body weights. Can't wait to see some results. I have been super sore since last week. It's hard to get my body back used to all this working out.
