Changing plans.... Thankfulness!

I've looked over the last month and realized I have not been too successful. Some of this my fault, some of it being sore, some of it I don't know. I spent most of last night pondering on what I should do, and I think I am definitely going back to counting points. I have been counting calories, but I don't know if I am just not eating enough, or too many. So I'm falling back on the trusty point system. Yea! New gym, new diet plan, new way of thinking. It's going to be great, lol! So starting tomorrow. I am counting points and taking pics of my food. Wish me luck my friends.
Today I am very thankful for my Awesome Husband. He is such a great provider in all aspects of our lives. He is so loving and kind. I am so blessed to have such a great man in my life.

  1. It's good to take a look back and see what has worked and what hasn't and adjust appropriately. If counting points is what works for you, go for it! Wishing you much sucess this month!!
