I weighed in at 184.6 this week. That is a loss of exactly 1 pound, and a total loss so far of 1.6. It sure is coming off slowly. I am happy with that number though. I have to do better this week about going to the gym. I only went twice, but I did get a lot of walking in last week.
One of my goals for the month of October was to pass the 180 mark. I'm not sure that will quite happen, but I am sure going to try. I still have 10 weeks though for my end of the 2010 goal of losing 20 pounds. That's an average of two pounds a week which is totally do-able. It also hit me today that my 5 year anniversary is coming up next June. That seems so far away, but it will be here before I know it. So I have set a big goal... I want to lose 50 pounds by my 5 year anniversary to my husband. Whew, I will do it!!!!
