I had a great Monday! We were off from work for a fall break, so it was a lazy clean the house kind of day. =) I slept in until around 10:00. Well really I woke up about 8:00 and then was in and out of sleep until around 10:00. It sure was nice, minus the neighbor hammering something at his house.
I got up and watched an episode of DCC, while doing some crunches. I am going to be sore tomorrow. Since it was too late for breakfast I waited until around 11:00 and made myself an early lunch. I had a Healthy Choice Fresh Mixer Rotini and Marinara sauce for 300 calories, with 2 tsp of ff Parmesan cheese for 20 calories. I also ate a bowl of Cantaloupe and Watermelon for 94 calories, and for dessert I had a Smart ones Ice cream sandwich for 120 calories.
After lunch I spent the day cleaning house and doing laundry. I had all these plans of going to get an oil change, washing the car, etc... But none of that happened. I spent all day inside cleaning. Around 3:00 I got very hungry, so I had some Cheeze it's for a snack. I ended up having two servings which ended up being 360, geez. I got a few more things done around the house, before a friend came by. I was grateful for the break ;) I started supper after they left... Yummy chicken enchiladas! I had one and a half for 263 calories. They were very filling! After Dinner Hubby and I went to the gym....
I ran/walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes burning 333 calories, and then did 35 minutes on the weight machines, burning 89 more calories. Since it has been so long since I have ran, I am starting of this week alternating 2 minutes of walking 2 minutes of running. I seemed to do pretty well with that, but gonna keep it up for a while before moving to 1 and 1. I am so excited to be back on plan! I am gonna be skinny before I know it. Yea!
Daily Calorie Budget 1248
Food Calories Consumed 1385
Exercise Calories burned 422
Net Calories 963
**Blog World Question? Do you guys eat the calories you have burned, or some of them? When I was doing ww points I had a hard time using my activity points. I felt like it defeated the purpose. Idk? Today for instance I ate over my daily calories by 137, but I burned off 422 at the gym. So my net calories only ended up being 963. Do you feel as it's defeating the purpose or a necessary thing to do to not go into starvation mode or to hit a plateau? Hmmm? I'm just reminded of the days of weight watchers before they counted activity points. The program still worked. Idk ? Need advice!
