Tuesday...

Having a day off really makes you tired. I have a love/hate relationship with days off. I just always feel so tired after going back to work after a day off. While cleaning the house yesterday I organized my closet. I have so many pairs of pants I can't wear, but am so determined to fit in. I have pants that range from size 8-16. I really want to be back in those 8's. It seems so far away, but I know I will get there one day. To be honest I would be happy just to be back in my 10's, but my ultimate goal is an 8.


Today has been a pretty good day. I know it's silly but today I peeked at the scale again and I was already back down to 185 on the dot. I feel lighter. =) Even a pound makes a difference. I'm loving this diet, so far, lol! For breakfast I made myself a bowl of multi grain cheerios with 1 cup of diced cantaloupe for a total of 282 calories. This is one of my favorite breakfast foods and you will see it quite often on here. I am not a big breakfast food person. I don't like eggs or pancakes. I would rather have fruit or cereal. About mid morning I had a single serving bag of Sunchips at work for a snack that where 140 calories. Then for lunch I had a lean cuisine, 1 cup of watermelon, and some almonds all for 440 calories. By mid afternoon I was getting a little hungry so I grabbed 1 cup of grapes for 60 calories, and a serving of cheeze it's for 180 calories.




Hubby and I did not make it to the gym tonight, but I did do the 2 mile walking workout video. Not positive of how many but with my calculations I burned around 235 calories?

Exercise Calories Burned 235

Net Calories 1,317.... 69 calories over my daily calorie budget =(
