I know it has been a long time since I have posted. I've been off the wagon for a while now.
Just wanted to share a video from my town. I live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where the Tornado hit. We have over 100 deaths just in tuscaloosa, 496 missing and 96 injured and counting.... Please pray for our town!

Hi, I'm Heather! I was on a journey to lose weight and became pregnant. My husband and I were blessed with our sweet baby boy on November 26, 2011 Brody Scott Jones. I gained 36 lbs baby weight and got all the way up to 225lbs. I lost the baby weight in two weeks and am now on a journey to my goal weight of 150lbs. YEA!
November Goals:
