Weigh In...

Whoop Whoop... I passed the 180 mark. YEA! I lost 1.4 this week weighing in at 178.6. The scale is going down my friends. =) 
It's a new month so time for some new goals:
1. Workout at least 4 times a week.
2. Lose 8.6 lbs to pass the 170 mark.
3. Journal all my eats.
4. Try a new workout.
Short, but sweet.
